Always getting a 404 error :(

Friend of mine tell me about some statistic information available at this page:

However, every time i hit it, it says 404 error, while my friend getting content page.

I don't think i doing anything wrong, but damn... I just can't figure what can be done to get this page visible (((

Is your friend viewing this page locally, like this:

http://localhost/c/2000/counter21.php

Also, does the page counter21.php have a CHMOD of 644 and CHOWN to either the user "nobody" or a user that the web server has file read permission? Lastly, is he sure that he has given you the correct path?
