Ingenico i6550 displaying a form

I am trying to figure out how to display a form on the i6550. I have no problem displaying text, receiving swipe events, etc as covered in another forum post here.. however when I try to use the SignatureCapture object, I am at a loss as to how to display a form on the device.

Have you tried registering on the Ingenico Developer Portal?

developer.ingenico.us/register/

I would assume they have sample code for download there. I just registered there myself but since I no longer have the physical device there is a limit to how much help I can provide to you.
