Getting Help
There are two options on how you can get help for your Guestbook installation or Configuration:
- Support Forum - We have a Support Forum where you can post your Guestbook related Question. Please visit http://www.digioz.com/forum/index and post your question in the PHP Forum. One of our Open Source Developers will reply to your request usually within an hour.
- Trouble Ticket - You can open a Support Ticket with us by going to http://www.digioz.com/contact-us, and filling in the information there. Make sure to include a valid Email Address so that we can contact you to help you further. Once your Support Ticket is submitted, you can view the status of your ticket at http://www.digioz.com/ticket-list.
